return + exchange policy details
We will gladly accept like-new products for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back (aka label is scanned and tracking available) within 30 days of receiving it. Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges when sent from us to you.
For exchanges/returns: The cost of the courier to return to us will be at the customers expense.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as upon receipt and in the original packaging.
Christmas gifts can be exchanged up to and including 14 January.
Customised pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.

Returns without a return form or an incomplete return form will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed. Your refund will be processed using the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
