FAQ’s

  • Yes. We use 14K Gold Fill, and 14K Rose Gold Fill. Both of these metals are nickel-free.

  • 14K Gold Fill is a thick layer of solid 14K gold that is heat and pressure bonded to a core of high quality jewellers brass. With proper care, 14K gold fill will last just as long as solid 14K gold. Gold Filled pieces can still tarnish, but it takes special circumstances for that to happen. Pure gold doesn’t tarnish, so the thick layer of 14K gold on Gold Filled pieces prevents tarnishing.

  • If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent with every order. If you don't see it in your spam folder, please email hello@within.co.nz

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number when your order has been sent.

  • We hope you love our jewellery as much as we love creating them, we want to make sure you are as happy with your jewellery as possible. That's why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

    To make it easy, simply fill in the returns/exchanges form here and someone will be in touch to arrange.

  • Yes! Our pieces have a 60 day warranty for all chain and clasp defects. Email us right away to coordinate a timely repair. If it’s been more than 60 days, or it’s a different issue, please email us and we’ll work with you towards a solution.
