USE OF THE WEBSITE

Users may only use the Website in accordance with these Terms. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

within. makes no representation or warranty that the Website is appropriate or available for use in all countries or that the content satisfies the laws of all countries.

Users may only access the Website through standard web browsers, and not via methods such as scraping, data mining, the use of a robot or spider, automation or any similar method of extraction or monitoring.

NO ILLEGAL USE

No user may use our Website or our products/services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. No User may publish or use within. trademarks, branding, brand or logos without prior written consent from within.

INTERFERENCE WITH THE WEBSITE

Users must not introduce, cause the introduction of, or transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature that in any way compromises or may compromise the Website.

We will attempt to promptly address all technical issues that may arise on the Website. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of any Website malfunctions, the Website being down or performing slowly, or any viruses or other forms of interference that may damage the User’s computer system.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products are primarily sold on a made to order basis. Some products and/or services may have limited quantities. We also reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Our products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Upon registering to use within. products and/or services via the Website, all users agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves as prompted by the Website and to promptly notify us of any changes to their User Information in order to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current and complete.

Each user agrees to indemnify, and will keep indemnified, within. against all forms of liability, actions, proceedings, demands, costs, charges and expenses which within. may incur or be subject to as a result of that user’s use of the Website or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT

When ordering online, payment options include Stripe and PayPal.

Stripe is used to complete most online purchases, and accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa and MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • Diner’s Club

  • JCB

  • Apple Pay

As part of the payment process Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, American Express.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

While we do carry a small number of our jewellery pieces in stock, our handcrafted jewellery is primarily made to order. As such, the timeframe is dependant on volume of orders received, however typically customers can expect orders to be made and shipped in approximately 1-3 days.

All orders are gift wrapped and sent via tracked courier. Delivery is currently available to New Zealand addresses only.

RETURNS POLICY

In the event you wish to make a return or exchange, you can do so within 7 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that the piece is faulty, damaged or not as specified in your order, we will gladly refund or exchange.

Please Note: 

  • Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.

  • Please ensure any jewellery returned to us for return or exchange is exactly as received - unworn and in original, undamaged packaging.

  • Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods were faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

  • Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods.

Exchanges or returns are accepted for products purchased online at www.within.co.nz only. If you purchased your within. jewellery through one of our stockists (retail store or online website), please contact the store you purchased from and they will assist with adherence to their policies.

These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If a User does not abide by these Terms, within. may terminate or suspend that User’s account with us and refuse to provide any products/services to that User. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, testimonials, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
